1Which movies or shows can we watch? Can we play our own videos?
Yes, you can connect your OTT accounts or phone through Chromecast and play content of your choice. Please note that we do NOT provide any movies or shows or OTT account. We just do the setup for you using your own content and accounts. We don't support pendrives and laptops for casting or watching movies.
2Is there any restriction on the type of content that can be played?
Yes. Streaming illegal or prohibited content, as per Indian laws, is strictly forbidden. We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from such violations, and customers found violating this policy will be permanently banned from booking with us.
3What is your refund policy?
- Full refund of the advance payment is available if the booking is canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled slot.
- In case of a technical failure on our end (projector, laptop, internet, or sound system issues), we will issue a refund after deducting the rental fee for the time the setup was functional.

4Who is responsible for personal belongings?
Customers are fully responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
5Does the booking period include setup and checkout time?
Yes. The total booking time includes setup and checkout. Customers must vacate the theatre along with all their belongings before the slot ends.
6Can customers modify the technical setup?
No. Customers must not adjust or modify the projector, screen, laptop, or sound system. If any adjustments are required, our team will handle them.
7Are there any age restrictions for booking?
Yes. Couples under 18 years of age are not allowed to book. Aadhaar card or Driving License verification is mandatory. However, group bookings for minors are permitted.
8What if there is any damage to the theatre?
Customers are liable for any damages caused to the theatre, including walls, lights, seating, and technical equipment. Any damage must be compensated accordingly.
9 Is there a cleaning fee?
If significant cleaning is required after checkout (e.g., garbage, food waste), a cleaning fee of up to ₹1000 will be charged.
10Are there any restrictions on smoking, alcohol, or other substances?
Yes. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the theatre. Violation of this rule will result in strict action.
11Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are strictly not allowed inside the theatre.
12Can we add photography or fog entry to our booking?
- Photoshoots and Bubble Entry can be added while booking online or on the spot.
- Fog Entry must be requested at least one day before the booking date.
13Are the seats recliners?
- Small theatres (up to 2 people) have all recliner seating.
- Larger theatres (more than 4 people) have recliners in the front and non-recliner sofas at the back.
14Can we bring outside food and drinks?
No. We have an in-house menu with a variety of delicious food and beverages. Outside food is not allowed.
15Are washrooms available?
Yes, we have clean and well-maintained washrooms for customers.
16Can decorations be customized?
Decorations will be set up as shown on our website. However, essential customizations like Neon Lights, LED Name Boards, etc., can be arranged as per the selected occasion. Balloon colors are not customizable.
