Refund Policy – Bob Talkies

At Bob Talkies, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless booking experience. However, we understand that unexpected changes may occur. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please review the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation

To confirm a booking, an advance payment is required based on the selected hall:

• Delight / Heavens / Filmdom – ₹750
• Cosmos – ₹1,250
• Vibe Hall – ₹1,750

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

If you need to cancel your booking, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on when you make the cancellation.

Refundable Amounts (if canceled at least 72 hours before booking time)

• Delight / Heavens / Filmdom – ₹500 refunded
• Cosmos – ₹1,000 refunded
• Vibe Hall – ₹1,250 refunded

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking time.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled booking without prior notice.
• Late Arrivals & Shortened Bookings: No refund or adjustments will be provided.

4. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible via:

When making a cancellation request, please provide:

• Your full name
• Booking date and time
• The venue/hall name

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is received.

The refunded amount will be issued via the original payment method or an alternative method as agreed upon.

6. Exceptions & Special Considerations

• Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures, Bob Talkies reserves the right to issue refunds or reschedule bookings at its discretion.
• Management Discretion: Any refunds outside the scope of this policy will be decided at the sole discretion of Bob Talkies.
